Real Estate Development Manager

Hi, I’m Aileen. I joined Building Kidz in 2023 as a Real Estate Development Manager supporting
every effort to put Building Kidz into as many communities as possible. I honestly couldn’t be more proud, as
every child deserve to spend their developmental years finding confidence in self-expression and surrounded by
caring teachers that encourage them to use their imagination through Broadway-style performances, music and
dance – I only wish I went to a Building Kidz School growing up!

Leveraging my past experience selling medical office buildings, apartment buildings and veterinary practices, I
support new and existing franchisees with all of their real estate needs – from identifying potential developmental
sites, ensuring all compliance are met, doing site design to negotiating contracts. My favorite part of my job is working and getting to know many different people and helping them realize their dream of opening a school.

Outside of work, I enjoy going outside to take advantage of several hiking trails in San Francisco, Marin and
surrounding areas. I am an amateur tennis player, a patron of the arts (museum lover), and I travel whenever
possible. I am a compulsive binge-watcher of travel shows and home renovation shows. I’ve also been told that I
am a busy body as apparently I can’t just sit still.
