Quality Assurance Account Manager

Hi Building Kidz Family! I am Jamie Brown, the Director of Operations and my key role is focused around supporting new franchisees during their acquisition or build-out phase to ensure a seamless transition to operating their dream school. I also oversee a team of talented Quality Assurance Managers! Since joining Building Kidz Worldwide in 2018, it has been a great privilege to witness its constant expansion of our core team; while working alongside and meeting new franchisees.

I have a degree in Child Development and 8 years of experience managing child care centers successfully. My experience also consists of working in an early intervention office, contributing to small company’s business development, and overseeing human resources. With my diverse experience, I possess in-depth knowledge to assist franchisees in running their programs efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work you can usually find me exploring the beauty of Lake Tahoe, traveling to Cabo, visiting Cayucos or out on a lake and camping with my family.
