Meaghan Sherwood

Owner and Franchisee

My name is Meaghan Sherwood and I am the owner of Building Kidz of Chandler, Arizona.

I enjoy being around kids and consider myself a kid at heart. Since I was a little girl, I was taking care of my stuffed animals, playing school, and helping my mom.

I have my BS in Elementary Education. I taught first grade for 4 years and loved every moment of it. I then became a mom of 4 sweet boys and 1 perfect princess that changed my world completely. Their need for a quality preschool drives my desire to make this center the very best!

This location will be the first Building Kidz campus in Arizona and can start a new era of quality education starting at a young age. Loving and serving children is an innate part of who I am. I could not imagine a world without kids running around. They are our future, we have the responsibility to guide them to their full and true potential. Building Kidz has the tools to help your child be a bright light in the world!

Ara Seamons

Hi My name is Ara Seamons. I have worked with Meaghan and Tami since 2019 and am grateful to call Building Kidz of Chandler my home away from home.

I have a BA in Mathematics with an emphasis on secondary ed. I also have my teaching certificate. In 6th grade I wrote a report of how I wanted to be the best teacher in the world. My love of children is simple and never ending. I love to see children grow and have those ‘AHA’ moments.

I have two children, Nathan and Malia. They are the light of my life and keep me busy with their spunky attitudes. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, binge watching netflix, and spending time with friends.
