Hello my name is Krystal Hendrix- Gomez and I am training to be the Building Kidz of Gilbert Director.
I have worked in early childhood education for 7 years and 1 and a half in public schools. I am also working on getting my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood.
I have worked with Meaghan and Tami for three years and they are an amazing team to work with! In my time of working with Building Kidz of Chandler I started off in a two year old class as an assistant teacher and worked up to a School age lead teacher and Center designee. Now I have grown with Building Kidz in soon becoming the Building Kidz of Gilbert’s Director.
What I love most about working with kids is seeing the children grow and evolve academically, socially, and physically into amazing people. I look forward to growing with your child and family in the years to come.

My name is Meaghan Sherwood and I am the owner of Building Kidz of Gilbert, Arizona.
I enjoy being around kids and consider myself a kid at heart. Since I was a little girl, I was taking care of my stuffed animals, playing school, and helping my mom.
I have my BS in Elementary Education. I taught first grade for 4 years and loved every moment of it. I then became a mom of 4 sweet boys and 1 perfect princess that changed my world completely. Their need for a quality preschool drives my desire to make this center the very best!
This location is the second Building Kidz campus in Arizona and is continuing the a new era of quality education starting at a young age. Loving and serving children is an innate part of who I am. I could not imagine a world without kids running around. They are our future, we have the responsibility to guide them to their full and true potential. Building Kidz has the tools to help your child be a bright light in the world!
