Our proprietary PA curriculum fully integrates music, dance, and theater into our age appropriate development standards through classes and Broadway style productions.
Keeping our children safe is our top priority and we take it very seriously. Our schools are sanitized daily and comprehensive safety protocols have been implemented.
Learning Through Life Experiences allows a child’s learning to become experimental, imaginative and sensory based. Our pedagogical approach is to learn through these real life experiences, such as emergency services, health and nutrition, etc.
Our children are continuously nurtured by exceptional teachers and caregivers along with age appropriate educational materials for kinesthetic, audial, visual, and touch learners.
Our children exceed the entry level academic expectations of elementary schools in the community so that they are well prepared for their transition into their next phase of learning.
In this class we brighten up the world by helping our youngest children discover their senses, explore their surroundings, nurture their development and celebrate their milestones. From one-on-one interactions that help build nurturing relationships in everyday moments to age-appropriate books to support speech and language development, our classrooms provide the ideal setting for the youngest children. We are also encouraging children to work on finger painting, music, and pretend play to spark creativity while also exposing them to structures to help with perceptual motor development. When children leave this classroom they will have a Brighter Beginning to the world around them.
Our classroom provides an ideal environment to foster individual development and self-help skills. We use a scaffolded approach to learning through systematically building on students’ experiences and knowledge as they are acquiring new skills in order to enhance learning and aid in the mastery of tasks. Their curious minds are exposed to an enriched curriculum focusing on language development by using pictures, books and basic academics in their environment. Following simple instructions is implemented through circle time, story time, art, and curriculum projects. Besides the social, emotional development, we also focus on developing fine motor skills through fun and sensory activities. Our Little Explorers are ready to put to practice their newfound independence by exploring their surroundings as they come with a Brighter understanding of their world around them.
I had considered Building Kidz in Livermore when I had visited Workday HQ onsite in Pleasanton for a potential job opportunity. I evaluated which community to join and was set to choose Livermore as my destination. I met with the owner and immediately understood that Building Kidz is a different type of preschool that is not only dedicated to building a whole child but that whole child to help create whole families. Building Kidz in Livermore to me represented a place where families can build families together with a well thought out curriculum and dedicated staff who work there. At the end, the sad part is not that I withdrew from an opportunity from Workday, but I was not able to have my children join Building Kidz. I am looking forward to someone opening a Building Kidz in Texas.
Building Kidz school is an amazing school and I recommend it to everyone!! My son has gone there for 3 years now and he has so much fun and learns SO much! All of the staff is amazing and so good with the kids. They are always doing so many fun activities and I am always so impressed with what my son learns while being at school. They have always been very clean but now they are doing even more to keep everyone safe during this time. Making the children wash their hands extra, checking temperatures throughout the day, etc. Following all CDC guide lines! I am so thankful that my son is apart of such a great school! :)
Love love love Building Kidz! Moved to the area in March and I was looking for a new preschool for my daughter. Building Kidz got back to me quick and I was able to set up a tour.
The facility is clean and bright and open. My daughter felt comfortable right away and the teachers are amazing!
I love that I can get updates throughout the day, I get notifications of her meals and bathroom breaks. When I pick her up she is always in a great mood and eager to let me know what she did that day.
In short, it is an awesome preschool!

My 9 month old has been going to the infant room and she has adapted well.
My son loves coming to Building Kidz every day. The teachers and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are following the CDC guidelines and do frequent health checks now. They post frequent updates with the mobile app, like check in/out, meals, pictures. I am amazed to see all the creative and educational activities. There are also monthly updates for all the fun things happening.

Our curriculum is a comprehensive arts-integrated learning program in which children develop skills and knowledge of math,reading music, arts, social skills, self control and self sufficiency, morality, fine and gross motor skills, and emotional expression. In addition to the amazing curriculum, we are excited to work with Livermore children to perform two shows annually: a Broadway style production in June and a winter recital in December.
