Hailey House
Assistant Director
Hi families! My name is Hailey House and I’m a 23 year old educator with a creative arts background. I’ve always had a passion for working with children- it’s truly one of the most rewarding and gratifying careers. The responsibility of educators to guide little humans through their educational and socio-emotional milestones are an opportunity to foster their independence and play a far reaching role in their lives that affects them even as adults, and I take that very seriously. I’ve worked with children of all ages, from private nannying jobs to preschool/kindergarten classroom assistant work. I’ve always felt that I’m able to connect with kids of all temperaments, and pride myself on my patience, empathy, and ability to create an environment that is a safe space, both emotionally and physically. I strive to foster a relationship with each child that is unique to their individual learning and communication style, and I hope to send them home each day with renewed excitement for preschool! I’m so excited to meet you and your child!

Hello families! I am so very excited to be part of this Building Kidz team. I graduated from San Jose State University with majors in Spanish and International Business. That being said, I always knew I would find myself teaching and have been happy doing so ever since.
Growing up, I always loved being around kids and have always been drawn to helping others, especially children, learn to be the best individuals that they can be. Having a little sister who is more than 10 years younger than me, I feel like I’ve been a teacher of sorts my entire life.
Our family here at Building Kidz fosters a happy, caring and creative environment for children to discover the world around them. I learn so much from my students, their imaginative and unique perspectives teach me so much and make me look forward to coming to work everyday. On my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing soccer and spending time with family and friends

Hello everyone,
I am Teacher Suki. I graduated from Guangdong University of Finance and Economics in 2019.
After graduating, I also took many Early Childhood Education classes to gain more
knowledge. I am a very caring and passionate person. I always have a smile on my face and am easy to talk
to. I have been working as a teacher for 3 years. Working with kids is a great passion of mine. It has always been enjoyable for me to watch them learn and grow.
In my spare time, I love hanging out with my daughter. She is one year old and so curious about
everything. We often go to the park on the weekends because my daughter loves playing
with other kids there. I also enjoy running and doing yoga which helps me relax.
Erica Gray

My name is Teacher Erica and I’m a Teacher Assistant at Building Kidz!
Before working at Building Kids, I was a behavioral therapist for children with autism. I recently graduated from
San Francisco State University with a degree in journalism and a minor in education. Outside of work I enjoy painting, writing poetry, playing guitar and watching films.
