My name is Komal Rajput and I am the Director of Building Kidz San Carlos!

I bring 12+ years of experience in child development of which I spent the last few years on establishing and leading my own childcare. Before that, I got the opportunity to experience various teaching techniques.

My passion for bringing the best out of children and seeing them grow led me to pursue a degree in Human Development specializing in Early Childhood. That education and the diverse set of experiences in leadership and teaching roles helped me become credentialed as a Director from the State of California.

I enjoy working closely with families, to ensure we meet all needs of our children.

As a Director, I am committed to leading and supporting my amazing team of educators in providing the highest quality experience for our children and families.
