Ashley Vendel

Director

Hello! 

My name is Ashley Vendel and I am your Director at Building Kidz of San Mateo North! 

I have been an Early Childhood Educator in the San Mateo community since 2007. Born and raised here  on the peninsula, I’ve attended both Skyline Community College and Notre Dame de Namur University. I  have a strong passion for teaching and in making sure every child’s needs are met. As Director, I’m  committed to providing the highest quality of care for your child, as well as creating a warm, loving, and  fun environment. Here at Building Kidz of North San Mateo, we are dedicated to developing the “whole  child” and ensure children are given stimulating and engaging learning experiences. 

My husband and I have two wonderful (and spunky) daughters. Between games, practices, and  playdates, they keep us busy! On my free time I enjoy crafting, crocheting, and getting lost in a good  book.
