Meet the leadership shaping Building Kidz

Nick Bach is the Chief Executive Officer of Building Kidz Worldwide, where he leads the company’s strategy and continued growth while working closely with franchisees, school leaders, and the corporate team to strengthen the organization and expand its impact.

Nick brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across multi-unit, franchise, and consumer-focused organizations. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, strengthened operations, and helped businesses scale while maintaining a strong focus on culture, relationships, and the customer experience. His leadership philosophy is grounded in listening, accountability, and creating the conditions for people and organizations to reach their full potential.

As a father of four, Nick feels a personal connection to the Building Kidz mission and the lasting influence exceptional early childhood education can have on children, families, and communities. He is passionate about building upon the company’s unique combination of academic excellence, performing arts, and whole-child development to bring the Building Kidz experience to more families across the country.

A Managing Partner and COO of Building Kidz Worldwide, Sangeet has a passion to scale the model to children across the globe.

He oversees all real estate and technology direction, plus the onboarding of new franchisees — ensuring a smooth transition from acquisition or startup through to opening and operating a compliant campus.

He's also responsible for creating operational procedures and structure, supporting day-to-day delivery of the company's products and services while keeping cross-functional alignment with Business Development.

A Managing Partner, CRO, and CFO, Sanjay leads the franchise development team — identifying and awarding franchises, delivering the company's financials, and releasing the annual Franchise Disclosure Documents.

Leading accounting and finance, he ensures franchisees receive consistent nurturing on managerial accounting that keeps them on a profitable path. He's also Building Kidz's representative to elected officials — from local councilmembers to Members of Congress — on early childhood education policy. He served as CMO from inception through September 2022.

Chad leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, operational excellence, and growth initiatives. He partners closely with executive leadership and franchise owners to drive scalable growth, strengthen financial performance, and support the expansion of the Building Kidz brand.

Prior to joining Building Kidz Schools, Chad spent more than a decade serving as CFO and senior finance executive for high-growth renewable energy companies, including Concentric Power, Slingshot Power, and Solar Universe. Throughout his career, he has led finance, operations, strategic planning, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of large-scale infrastructure projects for commercial and industrial customers.

With more than 20 years of executive finance and operational leadership experience, Chad is passionate about building high-performing organizations, creating data-driven decision-making cultures, and developing strategies that enable sustainable long-term growth. He enjoys partnering with entrepreneurs and leadership teams to transform vision into measurable business results.
