Executive Director
Sangita Hingorani
Hi! My name is Sangita Hingorani and I am the owner of Building Kidz of Concord. I joined Building Kidz in April of 2017 to pursue my passion for children and establish a world-class preschool campus in Concord. Prior to joining Building Kidz as a Franchisee, I had over a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry as a Sr. Buyer and Planner. I was born and raised in India, and I earned a BA Degree in Business from Kamla Nehru University. I immigrated to the Bay Area in 1987. I enjoy helping children develop, traveling, photography, and cooking. I have been married since 2002 and am a proud mother of two.

Karen Nguenti
Hi! My name is Karen Nguenti and I have been working in Early Childhood Education since 1989. I have worked in every aspect of this business and still have the same passion for children that I have always had. I believe children are incredible, and I am privileged to be a part of a childs life even if it is just for a moment. Many of the children that were in my first classes are now married with children of their own. I love that even some of my old classmates have brought their children to schools that I have worked at. It is a gift to be able to share my knowledge, experience, and joy with them every day! I had the privilege to work with John Muir Health for 12 years and finished the last 6 as the Director in their employee based childcare center until it closed in late 2018, at which time I was honored to run a home center for a few years until it was time for those little ones to fly to their next adventure in education. I was blessed to find a position here at Building Kidz of Concord. I am honored to be here and to welcome all new families into our center. We have a wonderful staff and great programs that are all inclusive. I look forward to meeting you and sharing our program with you all!
