Director
Jyoti Sinha
I completed my degree in Electronics Engineering in India. After finishing my studies, I got married and moved to England with my husband, where I worked for a finance company. After my daughter was born, I became a full-time mother and focused on raising my family. In 2012, we moved to France. There, I began volunteering at my daughters school. During that time, I learned French and supported children and families whose first language was not French. Through this experience, I discovered my passion for Early Childhood Education and realized how meaningful it was to help children learn, grow, and feel included. In 2018, we moved to Toronto, where I started working in the school district, including in a French immersion program. Later, in 2020, we moved to Seattle. Wanting to continue following my passion, I began working in a childcare center as a Pre-K Lead Teacher. At the same time, I completed my ECED State Certification from Everett Community College. I truly enjoy watching children learn and grow, and I feel proud to be part of their early development and learning journey.

Poornima Nagula
Poornima immigrated from India in 1999 to the beautiful Puget Sound Area and has lived in Bothell since then. She has always been extremely passionate about children and her vision is to make a long-lasting impression on them in a fun and stimulating environment. Poornima has been working as a pharmacist since 2010, providing quality service to the community.
Franchisee
Gangadhar Nagula
Gangadhar immigrated from India in 1999 to the beautiful Puget Sound Area and has lived in Bothell since then. He has many years of corporate experience in management and holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. Before becoming a Building Kidz Franchisee, he was a Senior Manager of Operations Efficiency and Logistics for Cepheid. Gangadhar was an influential contributor to 17 FDA-approved Molecular Diagnostics products on the market, enabling patients to get early diagnoses and helping them make informed decisions to save their lives. Gangadhar believes in contributing to communities. He loves to be onsite at his Building Kidz campus interacting with parents to seek advice, and constructive feedback, and evolving with time to ensure the children get a world-class experience.
