Bright Beginnings: 0-12 months (1 year)

In this class we Brighten up the world by helping our youngest children discover their senses, explore their surroundings, nurture their development and celebrate their milestones. From one-on-one interactions that help build nurturing relationships in everyday moments to age-appropriate books to support speech and language development, our classrooms provide the ideal setting for the youngest children. We are also encouraging children to work on finger painting, music, and pretend play to spark creativity while also exposing them to structures to help with perceptual motor development. Little Explorers: 13-24 months (1.5 yr – 2 Years)

Our classroom provides an ideal environment to foster individual development and self-help skills. We use a scaffolded approach to learning through systematically building on students’ experiences and knowledge as they are acquiring new skills in order to enhance learning and aid in the mastery of tasks. Their curious minds are exposed to an enriched curriculum focusing on language development by using pictures, books and basic academics in their environment. Following simple instructions is implemented through circle time, story time, art, and curriculum projects. Besides the social, emotional development, we also focus on developing fine motor skills through fun and sensory activities. Our Little Explorers are ready to put to practice their newfound independence by exploring their surroundings as they come with a Brighter understanding of their world around them.

Preschool Program

Little Learners: 25-30 months (2yrs-2.5years)

Our classrooms are filled with endless learning opportunities to enhance children’s cognitive and language skills with basic academics through small-group activities that encourage investigation, exploration, and discovery. Our scaffolding approach is a critical component in teaching new tasks with multiple steps where our teachers provide support for students. Our children that are now engaging in short sentence conversions are able to absorb information within our curriculum that is designed to support creative expression, literacy and music by fostering their curious minds. By introducing skills that enable independence through enriching art projects and hands-on activities, we are ensuring they are able to expand concepts that were developed in Little Explorers.

 Natureville: 31-42 months (2.5-3.5 years)

Our curious children are exposed to an environment which supports academic goals while immersing themselves into the beauty of the nature that surrounds them. Children are encouraged to explore within their classroom and within nature to incorporate a broader understanding of colors, shapes, letters and numbers. They are also taught during their creative circle to participate with open-ended questions that spark their cognitive, language and social skills. The children analyze information they know and continue to build their skills through experimenting, comparing and contrasting knowledge. Through everything they acquired while being in this group, the children are bursting with confidence and are ready to learn more about the world.

Around the world: 43-54 months (3.5-4.5 years)

This classroom provides an enriched and challenging hands-on curriculum that continues to ignite children’s inner curiosity enabling realistic learning opportunities through a solid routine that brings out their creativity. Exploring world geography, reading multicultural literature, researching world cultures, playing traditional games are just some of the ways we are building a community of global learners. Throughout the learning process, our students are able to watch their teacher model, or demonstrate, each step in the task or strategy multiple times. Such modeling and repetition allows students to understand both how to perform each step and why each step is important. In this phase our children are practicing by applying their knowledge and developing it further by learning about the world and its food, music and clothing. Children will get to explore and experience various cultures Around the World.

 Exploratorium: : 55-66 months (4.5-5.5 years)

Our super star explorers have already developed their Confidence, Commitment and Character and are now geng ready for the next phase in their preschool endeavors as future Kindergartners. These children will continue to be life-long learners and will foster the love for exploration by further building on their existing knowledge base from geng additional exposure to science, math and technology. We implement many opportunities for growth and will continue to build on their emotional, social, cognitive, physical, communication, and academic skills. When the children leave our program, they will be ready to embark on their next journey and will be prepared to take on new challenges confidently!

Parent Testimonials

I absolutely love this daycare center they're amazing with the kids, my kids love it here. Megan the owner is great with the kids and she also has great customer service. The app they use brightwheel is great you can communicate with the staff by message and they send you updates on your children while there they also send you photos of your kiddos. The staff is great as well the infant does such a great job with my 5 month old. When I pick him up the majority of the time someone is spending one on one time with him he couldn't be in better hands, the girls also did an amazing job helping my daughter learn to walk they were supper patient with her so she could move over to the one year old room. Same goes for the one year staff they're always paying close attention to my little one she loves it there especially now that she can get around. They're also one of the only centers that picks up at my son's elementary they take him and pick him which is a huge plus. He does his home work there as well as music which they have twice a week. All I can say is that I'm truly blessed I found this place....

I switched my son over to Building Kidz after having a not so great experience with another preschool in the area, and I cannot say enough good things!

My son can't wait to go to school every day and instead of crying when I drop him off like the last school, he cries when he has to leave.

They have a great staff to student ratio and teachers really go above and beyond with my son. He doesn't nap well at school and he can be difficult to keep occupied which were points of stress for teachers at his last school and they did not hesitate to let me know- he is pretty intellectually advanced for a 2 year old (but still acts like a two year old with the occasional meltdown!) so sometimes needs extra attention/ stimulation to stay content and engaged, which the teachers and staff never seem inconvenienced by. Instead of asking me to do things differently at home so it's easier for them, the staff and teachers at Building Kidz have come up with ways to keep him challenged and they seem happy to do it. I've never seen a teacher look stressed or overwhelmed like I regularly did at the previous school we attended.

I have seen positive changes in my son since he now is better supported, happier and thriving in his classroom, and I'm very thankful that the caring staff has taken extra time to work with him.

I could go on all day with more reasons why we love this school, but here are a few-

-They have an app where you get pictures and updates on your kids through the day. It includes their activities, what they ate, when they napped, went potty/ diapers, etc. I love checking it and seeing pics of him smiling and happy with his friends in his class. :)

-They have a music class!

-They do shows and have the kids perform. Their Christmas play was the cutest thing in the world and so well put together. No idea how they managed to get all those little toddlers to follow directions so well! It was amazing and absolutely adorable.

-Pricing was actually better than other places I checked out- although I would be willing to pay more, they really are that great.

-SUPER CLEAN and SUPER ORGANIZED. The whole place is clean and just looks bright and happy when you walk in- first thing I noticed when we did the initial tour. We were all getting sick about once a month when he was at the last school, but it's been about 5 months since we've been at Building Kidz and he hasn't been sick once.

This school truly is the best and I am so glad I found them! :)

We are foster parents and have had over 30 kids in our care over the last several years. Megan and the staff at building kids are a true blessing to us. I especially love the care our now 10 month old little one receives. We have had her since she was 3 months old and the infant staff here is awesome. I c ant say enough good things about Building Kidz of chandler .

My nephews have been going to this preschool for months now and absolutely love it. I've been bouncing around different childcare places and this one by far is the best. They really emphasize individual attention to each kid. I love the workers and how incredibly helpful and on top of it they are. Definitely would recommend.

Both my girls have been going there for over a year. We have always had a great experience.
They cater to my daughters diet, no meat.
I also feel comfortable leaving my 4 month baby there. Anytime I ask them to help me with something they are receptive with a positive attitude.
I love the arts and crafts my three year old brings home. She is able to be creative, messing, and learn about clean up.
Potty training was tough for my middle. They were super helpful!

My granddaughter has been going to Building Kidz for a couple months. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the care she receives. We've experienced our share of daycares in the Chandler area and can say by far Building Kidz is the best. I love the whole set up of the classrooms. Love that there is a cafeteria that the children sit and eat together at little tables. The food given is freshly made and healthy. The facility is always clean and kept in order.
I am so thankful to each and everyone at Building Kidz that care for my granddaughter. They are genuinely nice people. They never look over worked or stressed out. I love the notifications throughout the day on an app of the food given, diaper changes and cute pictures with her playing. I could go on and on but Most importantly my granddaughter is happy and loves her teachers.
Thank you Building Kidz for the wonderful care.
If you are reading reviews and trying to find a daycare, look no more. You will be very happy you found Building Kidz as I am.

One happy Grandma
