I am an experienced early childhood education leader with a strong background in school operations, curriculum oversight, staff development, and regulatory compliance. I have held director and leadership roles at respected early learning programs, where I developed a deep appreciation for high standards and thoughtful leadership. Grounded in formal study and continuous professional growth, I remain deeply committed to educational excellence and strong, thoughtful leadership. As a mother of five, I understand firsthand the trust families place in their childs school each day. This perspective deeply shapes my approach and my dedication to creating safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environments. My work centers on creating consistent classrooms, supporting teacher development, and ensuring children experience both structure and warmth each day. At Building Kidz of North Houston, my goal is to cultivate a thriving school culture where children grow confidently, teachers feel valued, and families feel at home.
