Owner/Operator
Chris Rodgers
Chris Rodgers graduated with a degree in business from the University of Florida and has been living in the Atlanta area since 2009. He is an entrepreneur with a passion for launching and developing businesses based on the needs of a community. The opportunity to invest in a Building Kidz School came in 2017, and the dream of opening a family business of his own became a reality. Since opening, Chris and his wife Jamie have welcomed a daughter, Madison, and son, Luke. In his limited free time, Chris enjoys grilling, fantasy football, golf, and pickleball.
Owner/Community Director
Kelly Henderson
Kelly Henderson is the Community Director for Building Kidz of Roswell. She earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Elementary Education from the University of Florida and completed her Educational Leadership degree at Mercer University. Kelly spent seven years teaching for Fulton County Schools. Her combined background in education and business equips her to ensure that families, children, and teachers at Building Kidz of Roswell feel connected, supported, and nurtured every day. Outside of Building Kidz, Kelly enjoys all things fall, a strong cup of coffee with oat milk, and strolling Canton Street.
Curriculum Director
Tiffani Story
Tiffani Story is the Curriculum and Hiring Director of Building Kidz of Roswell. Tiffani started her Early Childhood Career in 2010 and has worked her way up from a floating teacher to Director. She holds a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Southern Crescent. Tiffani is a mom of 3. She loves to bake bread, spend time with her family, be outdoors, and enjoy the simple things in life.
Operations Director
Danielle Thomas
Danielle Thomas is the Operations Director at Building Kidz of Roswell. Originally from Houston, Texas, she has over 15 years of experience working with children and holds a Bachelors degree in Film and Media with a minor in Theater. As a preschool director, she is committed to creating a warm, structured, and joyful environment where children feel safe, supported, and valued. Outside of work, she runs a photography business and enjoys serving at her church.
Assistant Director
Dexter Corker
Dexter Corker is an Assistant Director at Building Kidz of Roswell specializing in Summer Camp Activities, After School Care, and Facilities Management. He has over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and has been a vital part of the team since the school opened in 2019.
Assistant Director
Mary Claire Thomas
Mary Claire Thomas is an Assistant Director at Building Kidz School of Roswell. She began her journey at Building Kidz in 2021 as a Georgia Pre-K teacher and stepped into her leadership role in 2025. Mary Claire holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a TCC in Early Childhood Education. She is passionate about supporting teachers and partnering with families.
Support Specialist
Latoya Williams
Latoya Williams is a Support Specialist at Building Kidz with over ten years of experience in education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Phoenix. At Building Kidz, Latoya has served as a Lead Preschool Teacher and mentor to fellow educators. She is passionate about supporting childrens social-emotional development. She is a proud mother of four.
