The caring faces behind Building Kidz of Santa Clara

Our team pours heart, training, and lifelong passion into every child who walks through our doors.

Center Director

Zeennah Ali

Welcome to Building Kidz of Santa Clara! My name is Zeennah, and I am honored to serve as your Director at our Santa Clara location, as well as provide leadership support at our West San Jose location. I have dedicated my career to supporting, guiding, and advocating for children, and I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community.

Educational & Professional Background

My journey in early childhood development began with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working closely with children on the autism spectrum. To strengthen my ability to lead and serve our community effectively, I earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Organizational Leadership, alongside ongoing coursework in Early Childhood Education. I am deeply committed to lifelong learning, constantly expanding my knowledge to ensure our children, families, and staff receive the highest level of support.

Leadership Philosophy

I believe that every child deserves a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where they feel valued, free to express themselves, and empowered to shine. As Director, my primary goal is to support and mentor our talented teachers and staff so they can continue to deliver exceptional care and engaging learning experiences every day.

Connect With Me

I am actively involved across both of our wonderful locations and welcome the opportunity to partner with you in your child’s educational journey. Whether you have questions, feedback, or just want to say hello, please feel free to reach out or stop by. I look forward to getting to know you and your family!

Director

Eunjin Jeun

Hello, my name is Jin, and Im delighted to help nurture your Building Kidz child. My journey into early childhood education began when my own children attended a Montessori school in Washington State. Through their experience, I developed a strong passion for early childhood education and devoted myself to imparting children a fruitful foundation through a multifaceted learning experience. With a Montessori certification from Washington and a California Site Supervisor permit, Ive volunteered and worked in various school settings across both states since 2014. Im excited to contribute my diverse experience to cultivate an enriching learning environment for all the young children at Building Kidz.
